How do I request a quote?
Send us what needs doing, where it is, and any photos you already have. We arrange a look at the job and come back with a written quote.
What happens before work starts?
We visit, agree the scope in writing and confirm a start date. Labour and materials are set out separately in the quote, so you can see what you are paying for.
What materials do you use?
Whatever suits the job and the budget, specified in the quote rather than decided on site. If you have a preference for a brand or a finish, say so early – it is cheaper to plan for than to change halfway through.

Full and partial rewires, consumer unit upgrades and new circuits – carried out by a qualified electrician, tested, certified and notified.
Heating and plumbing designed around the new layout – first fix, cylinders, waste and soil, then commissioning, balancing and pressure testing before anything is covered.
Internal plastering and external rendering, including lime work on older solid-wall buildings – beads, movement joints and a decoration-ready finish.
