On a commercial job the painting is judged under far harsher light than a house, and usually has to be done around people. Preparation and access planning matter more than the paint.

How the work runs
Occupied areas are worked in sections with the space handed back clean at the end of each shift. Where the schedule demands it, painting runs outside normal hours so the space is usable during the day.
