Commercial work runs on constraints residential work does not have: a landlord's licence, a lease that says what has to be put back, fire and accessibility rules, and a business that usually has to keep operating while the work happens.
What’s included
- Survey, space planning and layout
- Landlord licence to alter, and move-out repairs awareness
- Partitions, glazed screens and acoustic separation
- Drop ceilings, lighting and small power
- Data cabling containment and comms rooms
- Fire detection, escape routes and compartmentation
- Accessible WCs and DDA considerations
- Phased and out-of-hours working
How the work runs
Program is built around your trading hours rather than ours, with phasing and out-of-hours working where the space has to stay open. Reinstatement obligations under the lease are read before design, not at the end of it.
