Pressure washing looks like the least skilled job on any list, and it is the one that damages the most property. Too much pressure strips the surface off paver stones, forces water behind stucco and takes the face off soft brick.
What’s included
- Driveways, patios, paths and steps
- Decking and timber, at pressures that do not raise the grain
- Stucco, cladding and soft-wash for painted surfaces
- Walls, garden walls and boundary fencing
- Gutter, fascia and soffit exterior cleaning
- Moss, algae and lichen treatment
- Re-sanding paver stones joints after washing
How the work runs
The surface decides the method, not the machine. Anything painted, rendered or soft is soft-washed rather than blasted, and paver stones joints are re-sanded afterwards – washing them out and leaving them is how paving starts to move.
